BACKGROUND:

Half of the population of Kenya and Tanzania live in villages where the average literacy level is elementary school. These individuals would not qualify to attend traditional Bible schools.

olBi PROJECT:

The Oral Learners Bible Institute will produce a 3 year video based Bible Institute designed for illiterate individuals to be trained to become pastors and plant churches. The video lessons will be watched on the students own mobile phone.

PARTNERSHIP:

$45,000 to sponsor entire 3-year Bible institute

$15,000 to sponsor entire 1-year Bible institute

$1,500 to sponsor 1 course of the Bible institute

Your Partnership

Your partnership will cover the cost of translation, video production crews, and expenses for the Swahili speaking professors who will present course materials on camera. The result is a 3-year Bible Institute created by the Tanzania and Kenya national church to train and equip their own people to plant and then pastor churches across Kenya and Tanzania.
